Kevin Kelso is an LA-based singer-songwriter who has performed at numerous LA venues. His work has been compared to Randy Newman's, assuming you consider "Well, he's no Randy Newman" to be a comparison.
His first one-man show, "Prodigal Hoosier", premiered in Indianapolis at the 2016 IndyFringe Festival. He premiered his second one-man show, "They're Laughing WITH Me, Right?", at the 2017 Tucson Fringe Festival, followed by
his third all-new (well, mostly-new) show, "Prodigal Hoosier Returns", at the 2019 IndyFringe,.
Kevin spent his lockdown writing new songs and he can't wait to get out and play them for you. Meanwhile, he continues his lackadaisical campaign to get his song "Brown County" adopted as the county song of Brown County, Indiana. Click on the video below to find out if it's worthy of the title.
